Freshly Made Sketches 99

Freshly Made Sketches 99

I created this card for the Freshly Made Sketches 99 challenge.  I used Stampin' Up Flower Shop and Million & One Stamp sets.  The Paper is American Crafts white card stock and Hydrangea's from Pink Petticoat.  The ink is Pool Party, Summer Starfruit, Calypso Coral and my new favourite Smoky Slate.   Each flower has a small swarovski crystal as I love everything that sparkles.   I made a matching envelope as well lined with Pink Petticoat paper.  Although it is not pictured here I also decorated the inside of the card.  Thanks for looking!

  1. Hi! Here is short tutorial on how to link your card to the Freshly Made Sketches challenge site: http://the-blogger-tutor.blogspot.com/2011/10/how-to-add-your-link-to-inlinkz-linky.html. Hope this helps! And your card (and envelope) is lovely! I love those SU flowers and that's a favorite color combo of mine right now! I hope to see your card at FMS!

Also, please consider turning off comment verification on your blog. It makes it much easier for us to leave comments and we loving doing so!

  2. Hey Pink Petunia! I'm so glad you joined us at Freshly Made Sketches with the beauty! Your card is so elegant. I love these colors!

I've been following your comments on the FMS blog. We've posted some info about turning off word verification here http://freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com/p/comment-verification-changes.html. As for why you can't see the link there could be a few reasons why you can't. Shoot me an email and let me know what browser you're using and maybe we can trouble shoot together.

    1. Jen, I managed to turn off the comment verification, thanks for your guidance. As for my browser, I am using Safari...do you think that that may be the issue? I still can't see any of the cards posted by people joining the challenge, just the team members cards.

    2. I have Safari and it works fine for me. I know you cannot see the linky if you have disabled javascript in your browser. Go to Safari Preferences and click on Security. Make sure that Enable Javascript is checked.

  3. I uploaded your card for you. Not sure why you were having issues. Maybe you didn't copy the full URL of your blog post, which would give a message like the one you received.
